The Magic Bat – A True Story…ALMOST!
After this summer, I plan to once again approach the new ownership of the San Diego Padres and Major League Baseball to present my unique logo and uniform designs, as well as my copyrighted movie, The Magic Bat. This true story is about hitting the most home runs in Little League history. It begins in La Jolla and finishes in Chula Vista, featuring the Padres’ first draft pick, Dave Robinson, and their shortstop, Hector Torres, as the central figures. The film also highlights the incredible journey of Charlie Buchanan, known as the “Jackie Robinson of La Jolla,” a phenomenal athlete and person.
The Magic Bat has already gained momentum in Hollywood, having been returned to me for further character development, which I’ve since completed. With the backing of producers, this movie is ready for its next steps. I believe it has a strong future, as it now stands out with fully fleshed-out characters and a compelling storyline.
Antique Cars and Historical Restoration
On a personal note, I continue my passion project of restoring a fleet of antique cars, both for rent and sale. Additionally, I am diligently working on restoring my historic house at 1168 Virginia Way in La Jolla. My long-term vision for this property is to establish it as the future home of the Spiritual Institute of the Paranormal (SIP).
Future Vision and Spiritual Awareness
My goal with SIP is to create an environment that fosters spiritual awareness and cosmic consciousness. I plan to collaborate with thought leaders such as Dr. Gary Nolan at the Sol Institute at Stanford University, Rear Admiral Timothy Gallaudet, Ph.D. (U.S. Navy, Retired), and authors like Diana Walsh Pasulka, the author of American Cosmic. Dr. Gallaudet is an accomplished oceanographer, former acting Administrator of NOAA, and Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere. He is also a distinguished alumnus of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography at UC San Diego. My vision includes hosting podcasts to build a substantial following and advance this mission.
